Feb 9, 2005 Poured this into a pilsner glass. A deep gold, almost cloudy orange color. Very light nose of honey and nutmeg. Taste is sweet up front with honey. The finish is roasted and spicy. The finish is bitter and unpleasant. Notes of plastic.

Feb 7, 2005 12oz bottle. NB worthy glass. 51.5°. Poured reddish orange with an off white head. Smell is hops with a good amount of sweetness. Really full mouthfeel at first wiith some contained bitterness that get washed away by a honey, malt sweetness. It is interesting stuff. It is creamy, but a bit hoppy too. I am glad I tried it, but this will be my last.

Feb 2, 2005 Updated: Jul 7, 2005This beer pours a light amber gold with a diminishing white head. The nose is weak and nearly nonexistant. The tastes are a light bitterness, noticible carbonation, and a very little bit of a honey sweetness that is a bit more like bubblegum than honey. There’s a bit of a musky or yeasty cheesiness that I don’t like about this one, but it is very acceptable overall.

Not a beer for novices. Has a big weiss-like crispness and mouthfeel. Rather hard and bitter, and really dry in the finish. Really nice partly cloudy gold-orange appearance with nice big foam head. Aroma is really light. Does a nice job living up to its billing.

Jan 23, 2005 Pours orange and golden. Aroma is nice with lite hints of honey sweetness and litely toasted malt. The flavor (in my opinion) is nothing like the aroma. It is lite and bright upfront (even a bit watery), moves some maltyness with sweet and honey hints. Some well placed hops give it a slightly bitter finish. It is indeed a bit creamy from the middle to the end. It’s a relatively refreshing brew. I think this would be good in the summer for quick drinking as opposed to sipping.

Jan 15, 2005 Pours golden with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma is grapefruity hps. Taste is hops and some bitterness, with some grass mixed in. Rather thin body and flavor. Clean and easy to drink but unremarkable.

Jan 6, 2005 A very good ale, pours a golden honey color, lots of bubbles. Looks good to drink, very lively and energetic appearance. Taste is so-so, great creamy mothfeel like the name suggests. Woudl get this one again.
