However, I found this ale to have a very nice texture and colour. Lightly hopped. Nice finish. thegreenrooster (1852), St.louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 5, 2004 Pours a bright yellow with a white head. Aroma is buttery and light. Flavor is also light. Not the usual flavor burst rogue gives you. Hops are weak and this brew is very thin. Could use more malts and hops. Dickinsonbeer (3587), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Nov 2, 2004 Light copper color with slight head. Seemed a little too overcarbonated to appreciate the smoothness of a cream ale. Slight hoppiness with a sweet malt background but too bland and basic for me. | 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2004 Pours orange/gold with a short small beaded head. Peppery carbonation. Apricot, allspice, hop, and a little honey in the aroma. Fairly sweet. I wouldn’t describe it as creamy. Toasty and medium bitter, apple and peach flavours in the front. Herbal tea and some honey later on. A good ale in an unassuming style. sarafist (8), Oregon, USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 26, 2004 Delightfully light, smooth, and creamy--everything promised. Sweet in taste and aroma. Also good for cooking. Hab40oz (242), Grants Pass, Oregon, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 21, 2004 a lot like Rogue yellow snow ale, but I have to say its not quite as fruity and floral in aroma or in taste. Good hop malt balance. PullMeABeer (203), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 17, 2004 Bottled. Poured with a huge frothy head that eventually fell to a thin layer. Hazy yellowish/light amber, with a lot of red sediment that settled to the bottom of the glass. Aroma sweet and light malt. Flavor is light citrus hops, honey suckle sweetness, cookie malt, and an acidic yet fresh and crisp finish. Body is thin but does have a little creaminess to it. Very refreshing, sweet yet not cloying. Drinkabiliy medium/high. Nice pleasant brew.
