The aroma is sweet of honey, some corn, and papery hops. Flavor is more of the same: honey, bland hops, a little plasticity all in a rather watery ensemble. There’s really nothing special here. C’mon Rogue, I expect more from you. bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

Only aroma i got was honey as with the flavor. Tasted watered down, dry mouthfeel" Lubiere (4552), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 14, 2006 Golden ale with a thin white head. Nice caramel malt aroma, faint hops. Rather pleasant bready malt, rosewater notes. Very fresh tasting. Light bodied. On tap at Rogue Ales Public House, SF, August 2005. KUEric (632), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jan 11, 2006 Bottle (at World Market, a suprisingly good store here in Lawrence!). Pours a very nice light amber color, but kind of a too soapy/foamy head that was a just off white color. The aroma is soft and sweet, some light hops, but some crisp malt aromas. The flavor was light a touch of hops, some malts, a touch of honey and great mouthfeel. blankboy (3260), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This should be interesting, two of the shittiest kinds of beer (Honey and Cream) together at last! Pours a clear dark orange with a big white rocky head. Aroma and flavour of malt and light hops, maybe a bit of honey in there. Flavour is mediocre by Rogue standards. It’s decent enough I guess. oldrtybastrd (1846), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 13, 2005 Pours a golden orange/yellow. Aromas of floral, semi-sweet notes. Seemed sweet to me with a nice bitter end. tupalev (2618), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 13, 2005 Bottle bought at the Rogue pub in San Francisco, shared with Blankboy. Stale grassy hops in weak aroma. Dark yellow, medium white head. Decent taste - slight honey sweetness, slight hops over a medium silky mouthfeel - all is ok, just not tons of flavour. As far as mainstream Rogue’s go, this was way better than the Kell’s. Better than expected and quite drinkable. barenada (211), Georgetown, Indiana, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 1, 2005 (draft) I just had a small sample glass of this, as I was not expecting to like it. I was right. Very watery tasting, but sort of a thick mouthfeel. Hard to believe that this comes from Rogue.
