Aug 21, 2008 Dark amber with white head. Malty nose. Another big brew. Malty and hoppy big on the tongue. Hops dominate but full body provides a nice balance.

Aug 18, 2008 Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Fruity malty hoppy aroma with some piney hints. Fruity malty hoppy bitter flavor with some hints of pine needles and grapefruit. Malty hoppy bitter finish with a long bitter aftertaste.

Aug 5, 2008 Ceramic 750 that has been in the cellar probably too long. Pours orange with a tan head. nose is malty and sweet perhaps a touch oxidized. Taste is sweet and light and malty with some bitterness. good beer probably past its prime.
