bomber from total wine in greenville. pours a bright, fizzy, orange with a 1 inch off-white head. very nice looking beer. mild hoppy aroma with hints of lemon and spice. flavor was very well balanced but not as bold as i expected from rogue. very refreshing however, with hints of citrus, pine, and some hops. i feel like i was missing the flavor of the juniper berries though. overall, a very easy drinkng, clean tasting, quality APA. definitely a good session beer but not spectacular.

Aug 20, 2008 Pours a hazy dark orange yellow with manilla head. Aroma strong from 304 ft away. Smells like budweiser with a bit more sweetness and wheat. Flavor is tart and very dry with lots of pine hop flavor. Not much in the way of fruit or berry taste. Pretty plain but decently drinkable.

Aug 7, 2008 Poured a light copper with little to no head. Very faint citrus aroma. Light body with malty sweetness and no complexity. Sampled at a Rogue tasting in NYC. This was a huge disappointment from an inventive brewery.

Aug 3, 2008 insanely cloudy yellow color. aroma of hops and juniper with a hoppy bitter taste. Couldn’t get over it’s appearance.

Jul 28, 2008 I got nothing from the juniper unless that weird bitter finish was it. Not a bad overall drinker but fails with me because of the finish.
