| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 9, 2007 Pours a dark, cloudy staw color. Very fruity aroma and flavor. Very distinct dried apricot elements to it. This would have rated higher were it not for a hint of malt liquor roughness. cab (863), Denmark

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2007 Could be billed as a more robust Dead Guy Ale. There are some similarities. At first, I didn’t like the bitterness and aftertaste, but this mellowed as I got further into the beer. A nice brew, but not a standout. Definitely not worth $12.99 a bottle.
