Fleeting loose white head. The nose is mudy wheat with some slight orange. Not a ton of character. Watery, light acidity, very grainy. Middling body, above average carbonation. Muddy wheaty esters. Grainy. Maybe some light hops? Bitter muddy finish. maybe some orange, but definitely not enough for this to be a fruit beer. EithCubes (2148), Indiana, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 15, 2008 Bomber. Aroma primarily wheat with subtle orange peel. Sickly pale yellow body with strong carbonation and a rocky, soapy white head. Taste of wheat and strong, stringy graininess common to some macros; no sign of honey, but the orange is indeed there in the margin. Simple. Aftertaste is dry, lightly wheaten, and slightly gamey. Medium-bodied, smooth, not-too-dirty, and refreshing enough. Cornfield (4948), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 10, 2008 This pours a hazy straw body with lively bubbling and a creamy head, but does no lacing whatsoever. The aroma has a honey sweetness (makes sense) over soft wheaty scents (ditto) and an orange blossom perfumeyness (a word?). Moderately sweet, this blends the malt and honey together softly with a slowly emerging sweet orange taste. It finishes quietly, modestly fruity and sweet. Almost not a fruit beer, methinks, but certainly suited for warm weather drinking.

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 9, 2008 This looks like a mead. It has a thick opaque look to it and has a refreshing, relaxing taste. You can really taste the honey and later the citrus note. This is the first great wheat ale I have found, truly diserving of an orange. Bov (5455), Bienne, Switzerland

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 26, 2008 lightly hazed dark golden color with a modest lid ot light ecru bubbles. Light wheat and hints of honey scents. A touch of light fruit in the aroma as well, but really rather bland. The first sip reminds me of apple jacks. Mild apples and cinnamon. I really am thinking about breakfast cereal. I see this as the hit and miss brew that is quite evident in the rating. A bit too thick and chewy in feel. I like some of the spiciness and honey, but there are time it gets thick and overbearing. A womanly type brew. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 19, 2008 This was very pleasent, super cloudy hazy golden body, lots of sweet wheat,and coriander scent. The honey was a real treat, not dominant in the taste, but definately noticeable.
