Pretty good IPA. Nothing spectacular but above average. Pours a pale yellow looking very much like what makes yellow snow. Aroma is a sweet and hoppy. Taste is sweet, some yeast and hop although not a lot of bitterness. Very enjoyable.

Bottle ( 22oz ). Very cloudy orange, extremely large long-lasting fluffy/foamy off-white head. Soft, lush lemon zest, tangerine and pungent floral aroma - dry, mildly spicy, not sweet, just a bit juicy - very nice. The taste follows - mild alcohol, dryly bitter, not as fruity, some pungent grassy bitterness joins in, and in the finish it seems a bit like herbal iced tea with lemon. Middlin’ body, slightly astringent, mildly carbonated, with a decently long dry bitter finish. I’m going back for a case!!

(12 ounce bottle - pint glass) Pours a hazy orange light copper liquid, which has little head. Aroma is of citrus hops, notes of grapefruit and orange. Since aroma is a prelude to taste it tastes of citrus hops grapefruit, clementine and orange. It also tastes of some resiny hops. Mouthfeel has drinkability and average carbonation. Overall good to great beer.

Bottle [650ml]. I’ve drank three bombers of this this week, it’s about time I actually rate it. Pours a cloudy golden-orange with an average size diminishing frothy off-white head. Nice aroma, a good amount of resiny hops, pine and citrus too, along with caramel malt backing it up. Flavour is quite hoppy, with lots of those aforementioned varieties of hops, backed by bready malt and along with some fruit and a nice, long, very bitter finish. Medium bodied. A great IPA, and definitely one of the very best to ever hit Ontario.

Bomber from LCBO, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass.

App.: Slightly hazy deep golden with a decent off-white head. Aroma: Lots of pine and grapefruit from the hops, dusty and earthy, some nice caramel notes, some burnt sugar, apricots and other fruitiness, Palate: Medium body, fairly soft and sparse carbonation, smooth. Flav.: More peach/apricot than the nose, still a nice hit of pine, earth and grapefruit from the hops, a bit dusty, a touch nutty, less caramel character; dry with good bitterness and a fairly pleasant caramel/fruit finish.

I’m sure its been said before, but here goes: “You’re not supposed to eat yellow snow, but man is it nice to drink!”

This is a "real" IPA with no apologies. I prefer more of a malt balance, but this hop-heavy first ale is probably more authentic to style. Very powerful floral and citrus aroma out of the bottle. Nice white lacing. Little too bitter for me, but I recognize this is well executed.

[bottle] Slight hay aroma with a blast of pine and scotch tape hops. Hazy brown-orange under a lasting white flannel blanket. Soapy lemony bitter flavour with not a whole lot of malt to hold it up. Medium body, medium bitterness, lingering bitter finish.

Pours a ever so slightly hazy straw color with a very thin white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is dominated by pine notes, with hints of strong citrus beneath it (lemon?). Taste is very bitter, but not overwhelming. There seems to be no attempt to balance it with sweeter malts. A good IPA.
