shadey (1343), Rochester, New York, USA Sep 19, 2004 Tasted at Buffalo Brewfest: A very faint hint of blueberry in the aroma and flavor. Other than that, it was a decent pale ale. The blueberry ale was very popular with the ladies at the brewfest. It was decent, but nothing spectacular. jgb9348 (1848), Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA Oct 12, 2003 Nice pale orange colour, insanely blueberry smell! Great blueberry taste, not much else though! (This rating is from early in November 2002 found on my palm) I'll add more to this later if they have it on tap again! probstk (695), Nepean, Ontario, Canada Oct 25, 2006 Sampled at Real Beer Expo (Rochester). Bright golden with a decent white head that doesn’t last. plenty of blueberry and a little malt on the nose. Blueberry up front with a peppery(?) finish. Med. low carbonation, med. body and some astringency. Ron (750), Rochester, New York, USA Aug 10, 2005 Had this at the Flour City Brew Fest. The malt with light hops gave it a decent body. The light Blueberry flavor at the finish was enjoyable. ElJefe (506), Rochester, New York, USA Jan 27, 2005 Growler from January 2005. Hazy gold color, with a small white head which quickly dimished. I found the blueberry flavor to be far more subdued than in other blueberry ales that I have tried. Toasty malts dominated in my opinion, blanced by light hops and blueberry in the finish. Light bodied. A good summertime brew.
