Commercial Description: Named after a renowned drinker of Genesee Cream Ale (and possibly one of the brewers’ fathers), Dickie’s Cream Ale is true to style and character. Instead of an ale and a lager blended together, this cream ale is fermented at low ale temperatures and then cold-conditioned. Brewed with Gambrinus Honey Malt and served on nitrogen to give the beer a softer mouthfeel and a majestic creamy head; Dickie’s Cream Ale finishes dry and crisp with the long-lasting bitterness of Amarillo hops. 5.6% ABV
