Bottle: Pours pink and fizzy with a misty appearance. The nose is full of koji and sweet melon, really weak. Flavor has a light impact, softer but where is the "pink" coming through? Muddled sweet chalky finish. Meh. The lighter sweetness in this one versus the regular Junmai makes me question its purpose.
