21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA Jul 18, 2005 This was the mid beer of the three i got to sample and it was by far the best tasting. It had a hint of the sour cider thing, but not too much. It wasnt a pale ale, it was definetly wheat. The color was acceptable. aracauna (2357), Georgia, USA Jul 17, 2005 Darker gold than the Carrollton Ale with an ok head. Less sour than the Carrollton as well. Pretty mediocre. Being a wheat beer, the slight tartness and slight clove funk in the aroma is acceptable (it comes across as an unspiced witbier, actually). This one is fairly drinkable, although there’s still that cider flaw from the added sugar. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA Jul 17, 2005 well, pretty sure it was infected. tassted more like green apple cider than any kind of beer... like i said, we shall return...
