Nate (2239), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 17, 2008 On tap at Wildflower Cafe. Vinegar and diacetyl, buttery with caramel. No hop character. Hazy dull amber with thin head. Light watery body with mediym carbonation. Starts with beany pilsner malt, light grain sweetness and some carbonic acidity. Mild and sweet throughout, with light buttery notes. Fairly clean finish.
Miver (391), WillowStreet, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 17, 2008 On draft at brewpub. Poured semi hazy gold in color with a small white head that left lacing on the glass. Aroma of weak grain and that’s about it. Taste is fairly bland and watery. Hints of some diacetyl, and some light citrus. That’s about it. Haslinger (524), Syracuse, New York, USA Jul 23, 2008 on tap at the Empire State Brew Fest in Syracuse, Good blonde ale, some strawberry but not over the top at all. Wel balanced between the fruit and being too sweet Wakie (612), Centreville, Virginia, USA Sep 24, 2007 Just a plain boring blonde. Honestly I didn’t think it was that great. Sort of a hazy yellow and lacking in any real character. Cartoon_khaki (1116), Brantford, Ontario, Canada Sep 1, 2007 Hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Light aroma maybe some faint malts in the background. Faint citrusy aroma. Flavour is mute, light bready flavour slight bitter tang. Light acidic background sour watery palate.
