On tap at Wildflower Cafe. Clean banana clove aroma, mildly sweet. No off aromas, mild wheat notes. Hazy dark amber, with thin head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Starts with sweet banana and wheat, light carbonic acidity. Decent flavor throughout, perhaps a little watery, but refreshing. Clean finish with a bit of yeasty taste.

A pretty solid hefeweizen. Great esters bringing out a mild bubblegum flavor (yeah, I like that flavor sometimes). You do get the banana.

Summer Sky Hefe... Light hazy yellow straw colour with a thin white head. Murky sour banana fruit aroma with a slight beerish background. Not to distinct. Sour banana fruit flavour with a tangy acidic flavour at the end of the beer followed by a creamy palate.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours a lighly hazy golden orange with no head. ARoma of banana and clove, pretty standard Hefe aromas. Flavors of the same along with some cereal grains.
