On tap, the Malting York. Nice very light, golden pour, small head. Taste is refreshing, good bitter taste and finish with some hops and fruitiness. Enjoyable.

Cask @ Croydon BF ’07. Golden colour with bubbly white head. Taste is citrus, grassy, refreshing with some spices too. Aroma is hoppy, citrus. Finish is hoppy and dry.

Cask@The Sussex Beer Festival, Hove. Lightly sweet to start, with touches of caramel, and sweet grainy malt. Finish, citric and quite fruity with some lychee present, soft aromatic finish, with a lightly peppery edge, tis was quite pleasant.

Cask Handpump at the Smithfield Hotel, Manchester 09/08/2001 Golden coloured and slightly pale with a hint of ginger spice aroma. Hoppy finish.
