Cask at the White Horse, Parson’s Green, 28th Jan 2007. Amber appearance with zero head. Hoppy aroma which is carried through into the flowery taste. Not too bitter but with a good long finish. A good pint.

Cask Handpump at the Waters Green Tavern, Macclesfield 29/05/2001 Very lemony aroma. Hoppy finish.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Amber beer, nice fluffy head. Hoppy rounded aroma. Good balance, some light berry fruits, crispy fresh hops. A little too much bare malt to finish, but a really good beer nonetheless. Akin to Archers Round the Maypole, which was also very good.
