Dec 19, 2004 Cask@The Evening Star, Brighton. Its OK, but pretty thin. Subtle hits of both licorice and coffee, with some sour malt acidity. Quite short on the tongue, but there are some OK flavours shining through i suppose.

Dec 12, 2004 Light liquorice and coffee in aroma. Sweet caramel/sugar with some liquorice notes. Black with a brown head. Medium bodied. Ok but a little bit acidic in the finish.
