Cask, The Dispensary, Liverpool. Golden colour with a decent lingering white head. Very floral, hoppy aroma with a dash of citrus. Softish mouthfeel. Flavour similar, but lacking any real oomph. Not bad at all, just nothing special

On tap at White Horse on Parson’s Green. Day glow golden body. Very slight fizz. Quite skunky first taste with noticeable hoppiness. Very creamy with nice rounded texture. Nice bitter finish.

Cask@Reading BF. Typical floral, fruity Amarillo hop notes, lightly piney and grapefruity. This was quite light and soft, with a more subtle use of hops. Pleasant.

Gravity Cask @ Reading Beer Festival 07. Tasty full on hops with good bitter finish. Nice fruity malt balance but I felt that the hop flavour wasnt quite developed and felt slightly short after the initial hit.

Cask condition, gravity at Reading BF 2007. You see this is the beauty of cask conditioned beer. On the Friday before mesandsim (Sim) rated this, Chris_O and myself were recommending this beer to all and sundry when the Thornbridge Hall beers had run out. By Saturday afternoon it was obviously not as good. Or we just have different tastes in beer. Gold colour with lasting white head. Resiny flowery aromatic Amarillo hop. Grapefruit, juicy in mouth. Very drinkable. Very dry on end. Good malt structure and the hop is excellent.
