Mar 4, 2006 Hazy yellow colour. Malty, bananaish aroma. Sweet but spritzy body with spicy, bananaish character. Well-made but still the standard weizen profile.

Feb 20, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow. Aroma of paper and banana. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel and strong notes of vegetables. The finish is lightly appley with a metallic edge.

Jan 12, 2006 One of the better NW Wheat beers I have had the pleasure of trying. This has a nice rich malt complexity to it that is very full on the mouthfeel and pleasing with frozen bananas and clove with just a bit of chewy yeastiness in the finish. Pours a dull cloudy golden yellow, with a nice frothy head. Very refreshing
