Commercial Description:
A classic Belgian style Trippel ale brewed with honey, wheat, pilsner malts, Belgian candy sugar and a traditional Trappist yeast (famous for its delightful esters and aromatic characteristics). Amber in color, with a smooth silky body and delicately hopped with Sterling varietals, this is as close as Jason gets to becoming a Monk. Amino Domini and enjoy!

Pours golden, no floaties swimming around, but just a slight haze to it, with a tall white head. Very spicy aroma with a lot of yeast esters and a citrus sweetness. I prefer a bit more carbonation, Belgian style beers with flat palates don’t get me all that excited, but this was still a nice beer. Citrus and honey malt flavors mixed with a light apple taste in the finish. Nice tripel, but I wish they would do a separate draught line to boost the carbonation on their Belgian style beers more.
