Commercial Description:
Our Bitter is deep copper Ale that's a bit hoppier than most with a great roast profile brought out by the crystal malts & finished with the delicate aroma of Galena hops. IBU 65

Tasted at Roots. Light brown and amber body, slightly dark. Nose of caramel, but predominated by roasty malts and spicy floral grapefruit hops. Pretty good.

On tap at Hamiltons. Red copper with a fizzy white head. Faint malty aroma. Crisp earthy citrus taste. Decent.

Quite dark amber. Caramel aroma with vague earth and hops. Fresh "big red" flavour of spice, fruits and bright crystal malts.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear reddish brown. Fruity nose containing blueberries and hay. Sweet with clean mouthfeel and some syrup. Potent and really hoppy with lingering bitter finish. On the sweet side.

Up for sample at the KLCC brewfest, roasty nose, thin white head on a brown body, sweet malts, strong and syrupy, a little roasty however not bitter at all
