| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 26, 2009 22oz bottle. once again from todd....i echo the same sentiments as andrew below. i thought i had entered this rating but apparently not.... sweet dark fruit, tofee, and vanilla flavors. carbonation was a little prickly but it maintained a smooth profile overall. a little bit of added cherry as well. didn’t really detect much of a hop presence. this might be up your alley if you’re into a sweet, malty, and strong american ale. danielcurtis81 (906), San Diego, California, USA

Looking over other ratings that would be Floydster, thanks man! Pours a nice brown with a thin light brown head. Very malty beer, perhaps even maltier compared to the days sour drinks. A real nice oakiness with a solid caramel driving force. Nice beer, I’m glad I finally figured out the correct name for the rating I had wrote down. wetherel (1636), Encinitas, California, USA
