Ungstrup (14753), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 14, 2008 Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of grass, and so is the flavor with a dry and very bitter finish. Angeloregon (2024), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 7, 2007 Poured a dark amber-golden color. Hazy with a decent creamy head. Caramel malt nose and flavor that I am not a big fan of but hop presence was enjoyably grassy and fresh. Big bittering finish with piny grapefruitiness. beerinmarch (2781), Alabama, USA Sep 30, 2007 Nice fresh hop ale, built to really accentuate the wet hop character without overwhelming the palate with bitterness. The beer is simple, which really lets the wet hops shine, sweet hop juice flavors, citrus and that green hop flavors all meld to into a floral hop treat. These fresh hop beers are great since they don’t leave the palate feeling destroyed from massive IBUs. Very well done in my opinion. SamuraiArtist (292), portland, Oregon, USA Sep 29, 2007 Draft: Pours a red/copper color with thin white head. Great fresh floral and citrusy hop aroma. Flavor is dry grainy maltyness with a light-medium hop bitterness with a big floral pithy citrus fruit hop finish. Finishes crisp with lots of floral hop flavor lasting on the tongue with a little fresh hop oilyness.
