On tap at Roots Organic Brewery--Poured a hazy golden color with a healthful foamy white head. Nose of floral hops and slightly roasted malts. Bitter, earthy, grassy, and sticky. Finished clean with a welcomed hop bite. Uber quaffable.

On tap at the Roots brewpub during ABA Beer Tour 07. Labeled as Roots Organic Pale on chalkboard, pours a semi-hazy golden pale blonde brew with a decent head that quickly dissolved to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of a balanced light fruity malt and citrus hops with a light carbonation. Taste has light to medium body texture with a slight yeast and bitter flavor. Finish is dry and a citrus hop aftertaste.

On tap at Roots, Portland. Copper colour with thin beige head. My god, it’s like a British beer!!! Slightly yeasty aroma, faint citrus hop. Yeasty in mouth, some juicy malt, citrus hop finish. It’s an English Bitter!!!!! Well done. Kinda flat and boring in mouth. Brilliant!!!!!

On tap at the brewery. Very nice pale, for a pale ale in oregon this actually had very mild hops, which is a nice break from the pale/ipas we get here. Medium bodied with a good balance of malt sweetness and hop finish. Nice fruit character to the finish with a great clean aftertaste.

Yellow beer. Light hop aroma. Noticeable nice hop flavour. An interesting peppery spice as well.

Looks light amber with a thin white head. Smell is slightly floral with some cramel hints. Taste is rather bland except for a fairly strong (for a pale ale) yeast aftertaste. Alright but nothing supurb.
