Roots Organic Spring Rose Doppelbock

Very apparent in the aroma, strong flowery fragrant aroma, with hints of rosewater, but defintely in the background, does not impede or take way from the natural flavors of the style, which are very present in their own right and this is quite tasty. Amberish ruby coloring, with a small off white bubbly head. Strong and malty, with alot of fruitiness. Very enjoyable for one pint.

This is brewed with Rose Petals....very interesting. Smells and tastes like roses, but is not overpowering. Definitely worth tasting...but I wouldn’t want a whole one. But, the woman next to me loved it and had a few. I think it was a Doppelbock, but could be wrong.
