| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 31, 2008 Now this is bitter. I have to think its a bit more than 73 IBU. Pours dark amber with a white head that foams up and sticks around for a while. Great lacing. Very woody hop flavor - almost as if it were barrel aged. Full of hop bitterness that overpowers the grassy floral hops. Dry and bitter - like I like it. presario (3010), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 27, 2008 Bottle. Dark amber with an almost too big lasting head. There is even lacing in the bottle! Delicious hop aroma; flowery with woody tones. Big woody hop taste matches the name. Woody with grapefruit coming coming through the knot holes. Vac (2394), San Diego, California, USA
