| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 21, 2007 Bottle. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear and flat looking body with heavy particles at the very bottom of the bottle. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of elderflower, sweet grapefruit, citrus. Underlying malty notes of caramel, grain and fruit. Over the palate some grassy notes. Medium bodied with a light dry texture and an average carbonation. Balanced sweet and bitter flavor. Light fruity sweet and dry finish that lingers. Quit nice, not what I normally associate with a Pilsener, but very nice. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 18, 2007 Draught at Rørvig Fisk & Røgeri, Rørvig. Hazy dark golden coloured. Very hoppy aroma with some bready malt notes underneath. The flavour is always very hoppy on a solid malty background. Very dry and bitter finish. This is one of the most bitter pilseners, I have tried. It has improved a lot since the first time I tasted it.
