Bottle. A amber beer with a big beige head. The aroma is heavy and of anis, quit spicy, the taste is sweet and roasted, and of anis and spices. Medium body with a anis/licorice finish. To much anis for my taste.

Color was brown and cloudy. Very foamy tan head. This was an interesting beer, spiced with anise for a sweet licorice flavor. A pleasant anise aroma is also present. Good when pared with something sweet. The alcohol strength is well hidden in this beer.

Bottle 50cl.
Unclear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, licorice - anis. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (170508)

Let og sødlig smag af frugt (blomme/rosin), stjerneanis (for meget), julekrydderier og lidt karamel. Medium krop. For meget stjerneanis til den noget "tynde" smag.
