Magic_dave6 (3752), London, Greater London, England Jun 6, 2008 Bag in Box in Blackfriars. Aroma is quite acidic, a mix between cider apples and pear vinigar, some subtle spice. Taste is very thin, however super drinkable an very dry. One of the dryest ciders/perrys iv ever had. chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Mar 30, 2008 750ml bottle from Ciderstore. A single variety Perry made from the Gin pear. Nothing to do with the spirit of the same name. A still, pale gold Perry with a very slight haze., although there was a suggestion of a tickle on the tongue. Moderately fruity aroma with some peppery, spicy notes and a touch of farmyardy straw that is often lacking in bottled Perries. Medium dry on the palate with lots of tart, juicy frit. Just enough tannin to provide some backbone without furring the mouth. Clean, with a dash of acidity in the aftertaste. A very tasty drop.
