Aug 23, 2006 Pours a pale hazy yellow with a white dimminishing head. Some lacings. Medium sweetness and rather sour. Mainly fruity apple flavors. A bit soda-pop-ish. Medium to light bodied. Low carbonation. Fruity finish with a long underlying malty bitterness that kinda ruins the whole experience. I´d prefer just applejuice.

Jul 29, 2006 (bottle) Cloudy and hazy pale golden coloured body with an almost non-existent white frothy head. Strong and moderately sweet apple and yeast aroma with a touch of floral hops and shy hints of maltiness. Sweet and slightly sour flavour, apple-fruity and yeasty taste with a malty background; light notes of bitterness and hops towards the finish. Quite interesting and drinkable for sure but it doesn´t work for me.

Nov 20, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Hazy pale golden - almost like a Belgian Wit. Based on 65% lager beer and 35% apple juice. Very fresh with the tartness of the apples shining through. The fruity sweetness and the beer’s bitterness comes creeping in the finish. Quite interesting - and a very unusual beer for Germany. 110303
