Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light hoppy, honey notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (070808)

Aug 19, 2008 Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is yeast, eggyness and some mild notes of wood. Flavour is quite much the same. Not very exciting.

Aug 9, 2008 Cask at GBBF 08. Hazy golden amber. Funky hay/grassy hop aroma. Sweeter on the tongue, but the funk is still there and overall a poor drinking experience.

Jul 4, 2008 Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 08. A new beer from Rother Valley. Deep gold with thin beige head. Excellent condition. Honey aroma. Bit earthy in mouth. Excellent hop bite on finish, bit nettley even. Not overly honey flavoured but definitely there and a good satisfying finish.
