Jan 16, 2008 Cask at GBBF 2007. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter and nutty finish.

Oct 3, 2007 Clearish amber pour with a strong toasty nose along with honeyed herbs. Biscuity flavour evolution, rather sweet and with simplistic golding hops that are all out flowery. Medium-bodied, fair carbonation. Dry palate from the malts more than the hops. Fair.

Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.
