TBone (5116), Pori, Finland Feb 28, 2006 Bottled (BB 02/2006)
Pale golden color, decent white head. Quite strong Saaz-hops in the aroma. Suprisingly Saaz is not dominating in flavor: sticky bitter, quite malty, fresh hopping picks up more in the finish. Drinkable, but a bit unbalanced to be a really good beer. Quinten (711), zaandam, Netherlands Jan 13, 2006 nice pilsener made by gulpener, the guys of rowwen héze,..a band from the village america !... south limburg,.. had some commonts on the beer, and its well nice full aroma bottem, medium bitterness.
good product. JeWeA (1), Netherlands does not count Aug 12, 2005 Fits the Tex-Mex image of this band as a glove. Ravashing excitement after every gulch. Flows down the hedge like milk in a newly born. Bottled excitement at its best. Natural ingredients guarantee an absolute hangover-free evaluation. Beer as it should be. Don’t f*ck with Limbos (and their beers)! bierkoning (4940), La Tropica, Netherlands Aug 9, 2005 Soft hops and orange aroma. Somewhat skunky, only very light hopbitter flavor with hints of orange and cardboard. Very fruit aftertaste. Disappointing. I like the music of Rowwen Heze, but not the beer. NoiZe (953), Zeist, Netherlands Jul 17, 2005 Rowwen Hèze Bier has got a nice bottle with several different back-labels. Aroma is alcoholic. Clear golden coloured with a lot of bubbles. Bitter and hoppy taste. Very fresh and very standard pilsener. Reminds me of Gulpener itself.
Hopefully Rowwen Hèze won’t throw these bottles into the crowd..
