I will give the brewer the benefit of the doubt and assume there was something wrong with the beer. Aroma was light malt with a hint of graininess. Pour was like milk. All creamy head with a hint of liquid. Could be the equipment but according to the guy behind the bar it wasn’t. Taste was sour. Very sour with a vegetal aftertaste. I only ordered a little sampler glass of this and couldn’t finish it. I’d like to try this from the source as this is my first rating of this brewer.
