Sampled at the Stone Sour Fest. Decent cherry aromas and flavors. Better on the flavor. Tart and somewhat acidic. Decent.

This is one of those very rare beers that combines bandaid, solvent, and robotussin flavors and ends up tasting like shit. It poured to the glass red and settled having picked up a shade of brown or two. The nose was similar to a generic brand diet cherry soda with a hint of expired robotussin. Flavors were a mix of medicinal cherry and solvent, unfortunately, this was not appealing this time. The finish was plain dirty in that it tasted like dirt. If this wasn’t all bad enough, the badness was magnified by the very low carbonation level.

Taster @ Stone Sour Fest 2008. Pours a reddish pink with a light pink head. Tart tropical fruits with some wood. Flavor held oak, yeast and sour fruits.

Sampled at the Second Anual Stone Sour Festival on 7/20/2008. A pretty good sour ale I enjoyed. Aromas and flavors of tart funky fruits.

On tap at Stone’s Sour Fest 2008. Red. Very clear. Low carbonation. Mild sour cherry aroma, like a severly watered down Schaerbeekse kriek. Good, but too watery.
