Commercial Description:
Reddish copper in color, our Amber is brewed with a blend of Pale, Crystal, and Munich Malts. The slightly sweet, roasted flavor of the malts is ballanced with ample additions of Cascade hops, producing a classic American Amber Ale.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy redish amber witha thin beige head andc traces of lacing. Medium malt aroma with a little more hops than I expected. Slightly bitter woody malt flavor. Bitter trailer. Nice full body. Not bad. Thanks again to Buckeyeboy

12oz bottle pours out a amber/copper topped with a light off white head. A nice floral hop aroma. A little nut and sweetness on this one. Along with the touch of hops not bad.

Pretty standard amber. Copper/amber pour with citrusy hops, malt, and some floral notes in the nose. Flavors are citrus, sweet malt, caramel, and some hops. Not bad for the style by any means.

Bottle: Light copper and orange in color, large white head. Nose is mostly floral and citrus hops with a little sweetness. Taste is floral and citrus hops and a ever so little caramel malt presence. Closer to an American Pale than amber in style, not too shabby in taste.

A very malty aroma. Taste is dominated by malts throughout. Not my style of beer. The hops are hiding.

This beer is inconsistent, and not very outstanding. Typical American amber, but lighter on the hop bitterness than many. It can be pretty good when brewed well, but consistency issues keep me away.

With the more copper color and murky body, this Amber carried a mellow and pleasant flavor with definite hop character. Though leaving some to be desired for an Amber, this brew did not disappoint.

Bottle:Clear dark gold color with a white head and sticky lacing. Floral hop aroma. The taste is off a bit - farts, peppery hops and a little cardboard aftertaste. The feel is pretty thin, too thin for an amber that I like. Ok - my wife liked it though.
