Commercial Description:
Reddish copper in color, our Amber is brewed with a blend of Pale, Crystal, and Munich Malts. The slightly sweet, roasted flavor of the malts is ballanced with ample additions of Cascade hops, producing a classic American Amber Ale.

A Nevada microbrew - truly a rare thing. This one pours a darker copper color. Some hop aromas and a very minimal head that quickly dissipates. I sense mostly hops here with sort of an IPA tang that’s quite refreshing. This beer needs more malt for palate and complexity. There’s not a whole lot to this beer, but I’ve never had an amber go down so smoothly. This would make a nice session beer, but it’s nothing special.

Pellucid amber with a small white head. Light floral aroma, bitter and floral hops, caramel and slight roast. Bitter hop flavors, more of the roast and caramel malts. Then floral hops show up. Hoppy palate and a bitter malt finish.

Copper/amber color with light sticky head & lacing. The aroma is maty with toffee, nuts & some caramel/butterscotch, maybe a little diactyl. Light but noticable hops. The flavor has a good body & balance to hold up the sweet/hops. Finishes a bit on the bitter side with a lasting tail. Not too bad, very decent amber.

Pour was caramel golden brown with a thin layer of soapy head. Smell of caramel and fruit. Starts a little bitter and then nice and smooth at the end. Tastes of caramel and fruit overtones.

on draft: this is one of the latter beers i had at the festival, so my judging may be a little askew. this one poured typical coper color with a tan bubbly head and slight hoppy nose. remember it being good and not offensive. more hops here then i expected. which is always a good thing. ill try it again and rerate if i was way off.

got this at Trader Joes in Las Vegas. After having this brewery's poor porter, this tasted even worse. Very coppery/metallic with very little flavor. I never heard of the brewery so I can't be too disapointed
