dwyerpg (2519), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Sep 10, 2009 Well, I’m not totally sure where to put this ranking. The bottle said Buckaroo Pale Ale, and it definitely tasted more like a pale ale than a golden ale. In fact, it tasted just about what you could call a proto-typical pale ale. Nothing outstanding, but nothing detrimental either. jake65 (1658), Williston, North Dakota, USA Jun 20, 2007 Draft at Red Lion in Elko, NV: Light copper pour with a small white head. Very nice lacing. Nose is light hops, both floral and citrus with just a touch of malt. Taste is well hopped and consistent of the floral and citrus from the aroma. Hints of caramel malt. Similar in characteristics to their amber ale, but with a drier hop finish.
