Oct 12, 2008 On tap at the brewpub in Ogden, Utah. Pours a cloudy orange with a medium white head. The aroma is pure wheat. The flavor is mildly spicy; mostly a strong dry wheat flavor with some lime-like citrus. The best part was the full and creamy mouthfeel. Fairly dry and quite nice.

Jul 22, 2007 Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Deep cloudy beer with a golden color this was the best of the best here at Ruby. The wheat malt and flavors where good. I liked the grapefruit flavors this gave with some spices also. This was the beer they should brew all the time and start over on the others.

Jun 21, 2007 on tap-pours a thin creamy white head and cloudy yellow color. Aroma is mild wheat, spice. Taste is mild wheat, spice, some citrus-lemon. An American wheat. Mild effervescence.

Jul 4, 2006 light and creamy, with a bit of a chilled malt of meal kind of flavoring, would go nicely with breakfast. Not alot of complexity going on here, slight banana notes in the finish.
