On tap at the brewpub in Ogden, Utah. Pours a dark brown color with a medium tan head. The aroma is very light; toasted malts and some chocolate. The flavor quite nice; lots of toasted malts and nutty flavors, some milk chocolate, a hint of roasted and light bitter hops in the finish. A sweet aspect also, which was a nice addition. A decent medium mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

NABA 08’: Pours a dark black color with tan head. Nice light smoky roast with light chocolate and maybe a hint of coffee. Lots of maple in the flavor with some butterscotch and more chocolate. Nice roasty mouthfeel. Clean finish.

Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
On Tap – Brown in color with a thin head. The aroma was light but there. I liked the flavors as they where sweet yet watery but that is the laws and not the brewers issues. Nice malts this had a semi dry finish.

This was my favorite out of there line up. A very nice, and rich roasted porter, well balanced, lots of rich chocolate and cocoa dustiness.
