| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 18, 2009 Cask, full pint, handpulled at Wetherspoons The Flying Horse. Cellar cold, according to the pump clip. Amber in body colour, quite clear, and with a tiny, beige head. Withered floral aroma. The taste gave some of the same withered impression with moments of caramel malts, dry hops and a touch of spices. Rounded bitterness. Drinkable, but lacking freshness and far from being in its best condition (at Gatwick airport, 08.08.2009). oh6gdx (9104), Vasa, Finland

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 9, 2009 Updated: Apr 11, 2009Cask (like it matters), Hinckley Spoons. Timid grassy lemon barley, cherry and hay notes. Dusty gold freckled with lace. Orange citrus hints on nose only because I’m looking. Herbal hints, barley sweets, candy floss, caramel stillness. Not a bad beer technically but homogenised into dullness. Didn’t even know it existed before tonight. And I’m still not convinced.
