Commercial Description:
One of our favorite styles, this ale is a hop explosion. Light in color, heavily hopped in the kettle as well as conditioned with several unique hop varieties. This creates a beautiful floral/citrusy nose which is balanced well by a smooth and full finish.

Bottle: Pours a hazy straw color with a golden tint. One of the largest heads on a brew I’ve seen in a while... Fluffy and off-white, huge amounts of sticky lacing. Mellow aroma is citrus and florals, some sweetness. Really quite mild. Taste comes through strong in hops, again citrus and florals. A sweet, underlying fruitiness before a syrupy and resinlike hops takeover. Finishes with lingering floral bitters. Behind the mild nose there is solid flavor here. Damn, the emptier the pint, the better it gets...

12oz bottle. Cloudy golden orange-yellow color. Crisp hoppy aroma with some caramel sweetness. Earthy and bitter, with some soapy tones. Quite light and easy drinking in some ways, reminiscent of a British IPA or Bitter. The wheat addition manages to keep it real smooth and clean. Has a slightly odd finish, which makes me question how old the bottle is. Some lemon and butterscotch nuances make it a tad different than your typical IPA. Sort of like an aggressively bitter, thin bodied APA, with a cool, crisp bite. Grows on you, OK IPA.

This is a highly underrated beer. Bottle pours gold color with off white head. Aroma is floral dank hops and white pepper with a touch of lemon. Opulent mouthfeel. Flavor is strong spicy hops, lemon, white pepper, and finishes with spicy hops lingering. This is a good beer are horribly underrated.

An ale I’ve never heard of - from allendodd. Thanks again, guy! Pours a lightly hazy pale gold with a decent bubbly, fluffy white head. Big floral/citric aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is deceiving. Starts not hoppy, then destroys taste buds. Malt? Who knows. This is a very aggressively hopped ale. But it is very floral, so it’s not nasty, biting bitter. Or at least not all that much. The IBUs must be way up there. If you see it, don’t miss it.

12oz bottle.
Pours straw-colored golden yellow, mostly clear but with some yeast floating about. Poofy white head forms and eventually disappears except for a ring around the edge of the glass that leaves good chunks of lace in its wake. Aroma is crisp bitter hops with some floral notes, a bit of grass, and a small touch of citrus. Flavor is dry, bitter hops with a faint touch of citrus and moderate malt sweetness. This is definitely not an American-style IPA. Long, bitter finish with a pleasantly tingly palate. Not enough malt sweetness for my taste, but a decent beer otherwise.

Where’s the hops in the aroma. Is this English style?? This is very unhoppy for an IPA. A hint of dryness comes on late. Okay, but could be better.

Tap. Slightly foggy yellow pour, some hops aroma and little head. Flavor was not you usual IPA, funky farmhouse flavor, bitter hops and finished fruity and dry. Decent, and could see this one growing on me as I finished the glass.

Interesting nose of hay and sunflowers. Flavor very grassy with a little hint of over-ripe strawberries. Finish fades to heavy grapefruit bitterness on the roof of the mouth. Not very well constructed, but decent and pretty drinkable.
