Jul 5, 2008 Big thanks to golubj for sending this and beastiefan2k for sharing it. Very pale straw coloured beer with a thin white head. Aroma is really nice. Clean fresh hay, straw and a lovely floral/zesty hoppy aroma. Lightly citrusy. A lightly bready maltiness, a little bit flinty and chalky. Really great balance, a little bit of lightly belgian sort of earthiness. Man, this is a very tasty/quaffable summer beer.

Jan 11, 2009 Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a pale yellow color with a small white head. Has a malty hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy flavor with some grainy hints. Has a sweetish malty slightly hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Aug 31, 2009 A blonde ale with thin white creamy head. A light herbal malt aroma with light British hops. In mouth, a nice classy biscuitty malt with light British hops, pinhey and floral, very good. On tap at brewpub, August 17 2009.

Body is light to medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (dough).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Decent enough for the style, and certainly better than the RR Golden.

Jan 2, 2009 Tap at the brewpub. The body was hazy gold with an off white head. The aroma was sweet pears with some bread crust. The taste was slightly sweet with some oranges and bread crust. There was some bitter peanut in the finish. Good for the style.

Jan 18, 2009 Draft at the brewpub. Pale golden color with a fine white head. Light hop aroma. Very mild flavor of floral hop and a little grain. Finish is quite clean; lightly sweet.

Jul 5, 2008 Growler thanks to Beastiefan2k. Poured a clear gold with a white head. Light yeasty notes in the aroma and a toasted malt base. Mild sweetness. The flavor is malty with more of that yeasty character. Moderately bitter finish. Semi-dry finish with a light to medium body.
