| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 23, 2009 On tap @ the brewpub--this batch is listed @ 5.5% ABV. Hazy orange brown with a one finger light beige head, fading to a creamy thick ring and slightly thinner film. Light fruity yeast with some caramel and toasted malts/grain. Light citrus hops are present as well. Flavor follows suit (fruity yeast, some caramel and toasty malts) with a light citrus tanginess. Dry toasty finish with bitterness at a 3. Smooth light to medium body with light carbonation. Pretty tasty beer--would have no problem drinking a lot of this is one sitting. douglas88 (1643), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

Pours a clear gold with some yeast floating around. The aroma is mostly light grain with some sour notes. The taste is mostly light fruit, sweet bread and some hops. A pretty good example of the style. footbalm (1218), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA

I should have had this right away but wanted to share it so it sat in the fridge awhile. Copper brew with an Oktoberfest quality. Some sweet maltiness to it with a bit of Marzopan. Not bad at all. My first CC rating.
