Commercial Description:
Beerocracy is our grand opening brew that is only going to be brewed for the next couple of months. I actually consider it a strong Pale Ale, but not an IPA. Although it has a wonderful hop aroma it is not dry hopped. I employee that great hop called Simcoe that really gives a giant aroma that is clean.

orange-raped amber, thick tightly woven head...fresh, hoppy aroma with notes of mandarine orange...Hoppy, orange-pine flavors..almost harshly bitter with a mandarine orange aftertaste and subtle hints of doughy malts...Decent hoppy pale ale, similiar to Stone Pale Ale, but more bitter.

Pours a nice amber color with a beautiful off-white head that laces the glass very well. Aroma is very mild, not quite what I expected from an American "Strong" Ale, but still pleasant. Nice malt/hop balance exists. Flavor is almost exactly like Sierra Nevada’s Harvest Ale. Nice hop bitterness meshed well with a sweet malty balance. Good body that holds its own in the mouth. A good beer.

A very tasty brew that tastes like oranges and grapefruit. Slightly bitter with a mild hoppness.

(Draft: O’Brien’s in San Diego, CA) Very hoppy nose starts off the beer, and the flavor follows suit; A hops dominated beer, moderately bitter in nature, with a mild maltiness lurking in the background; The flavor profile is fairly consistent from start to finish; Medium bodied with a crisp, clean palate; Golden amber color; Off white head is creamy with ridges and valleys like a 3D relief map; Good retention and some lacing

This brew pours with an amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet yet bitter and hoppy with nice malt notes, a hint of grapefruit and pine. The flavor is slightly sweet but mostly bitter, piney and hoppy with a slight apricot note, some grapefruit and a nice malty background. Full bodied, smooth, slightly dry and warming.
