Commercial Description:
Beerocracy is our grand opening brew that is only going to be brewed for the next couple of months. I actually consider it a strong Pale Ale, but not an IPA. Although it has a wonderful hop aroma it is not dry hopped. I employee that great hop called Simcoe that really gives a giant aroma that is clean.

Tap@Toronado, San Fransisco. When i had this beer i wasn’t sure i liked the style, but i’m seriously getting used to it, this was pretty tasty. Classic lychee, pine, grapefruit, really balanced and soft. Great beer from a pretty handy bunch of brewers.

(Draft: O’Brien’s in San Diego, CA) Very hoppy nose starts off the beer, and the flavor follows suit; A hops dominated beer, moderately bitter in nature, with a mild maltiness lurking in the background; The flavor profile is fairly consistent from start to finish; Medium bodied with a crisp, clean palate; Golden amber color; Off white head is creamy with ridges and valleys like a 3D relief map; Good retention and some lacing

This brew pours with an amber body topped by a medium thick head with a good amount of lacing. The aroma is sweet yet bitter and hoppy with nice malt notes, a hint of grapefruit and pine. The flavor is slightly sweet but mostly bitter, piney and hoppy with a slight apricot note, some grapefruit and a nice malty background. Full bodied, smooth, slightly dry and warming.

This is a very nice APA. I had it on draft at Hollingshead Deli. Nice copper color with a citrus/pine nose. It starts out hoppy but finishes clean and refreshing. The hop profile of this APA seems different than others I’ve had.

orange-raped amber, thick tightly woven head...fresh, hoppy aroma with notes of mandarine orange...Hoppy, orange-pine flavors..almost harshly bitter with a mandarine orange aftertaste and subtle hints of doughy malts...Decent hoppy pale ale, similiar to Stone Pale Ale, but more bitter.

On tap at O’Briens, San Diego. Absolutely delicious and drinkable beer. Marmalade colour, little head, but big lacing. Fresh, grassy aroma. Absolutely delicious and drinkable beer. Hop encrusted, but fruity and juicy beer, which is satisfying and refreshing. Light in the mouth, with a full, slightly soured finish which tingles slightly. Great stuff indeed.

Uncharacteristically malty for a RR brew. Blood oranges in the nose with big caramel malt notes, Bready and floral makes for a very unique take on the classic pale ale. Hops are very clean and well balanced with a distinct Simcoe character. Well conditioned well balanced and very dry brew.
