| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 22, 2008 Pint draft at the Falling Rock in Denver, Colorado. Pour is cloudy yellow golden. Nice two inch white head, which is quite lasting. Very thick and pretty lacing left behind as the head slowly falls. Aroma of fresh citrus and pine hops. Bright, clean, just nice and inviting. Taste is the big resin hoppiness of the nose. The malt is present but very in the background. Palate is thinnish, clean, resin, tasty. Nice IPA. jsquire (2098), St. Marys, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Dec 21, 2008 Golden color out of the bottle with a big, frothy white head. Very fresh, aromatic floral hop. Piney hops in the fore with the grapefruit citrus notes coming toward the finish. Caramel, apricot, tangerine all in the mix. The hops win the battle of the balance, but for hop heads, this is a very nice beer.
