Aug 19, 2008 (50cl bottle, thanks kmweaver) Medium off-white head that leaves nice lacing atop hazy apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, pine, some grapefruit, mango. Taste is medium sweet, pine/grapefruit, some spicy, peach. Resiny medium body.

May 25, 2006 Bottle. Golden colour with a big white head. Grapefruit, hop aroma and a dry grapefruit, floral hop taste. Medium to full body with a very dry finish.

Nov 29, 2009 Fresh bottle from Nick D, thanks! Blonde. Grapefruit, melon, pineapple and oily hops in the aroma. Firm oily citric, grassy hopbitter but also very fruity flavor. lemon, pineapple, mango. Thinnish, but with loads of flavor. Fresh and very drinkable. Excellent!

Aug 2, 2008 500ml bottle. I love all the warnings on the label to NOT age this beer! Bottled on 070908. Poured a medium and slightly hazy golden color with a large sized white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, grassy, floral green hoppiness, with some toastiness. Tastes of citrus, pine, a little earthy, with very light caramel in the background.

Jan 25, 2009 Hazy beautiful gold with a restrained and tight white cover. Basically, we have a spot on, archetypal Californian IPA loaded with flavours. A tasty earthy, sandy and especially orangey, fleshy IPA with no alcohol noticed and the tightest malt profile. Expressive hops have all the room they deserve, the presentation is classy, the drinkability is optimal. What more can one want besides having more bottles in the cellar?

Oct 3, 2008 Bottle from america, from chap iv foprgotten the name of, at home. Aroma is peachy lychee candy sugar, leafy peppery cirtus hop. Taste is more piney, massivly bitter, citrus, dry peppery piney finish. Really great ipa.

Jan 26, 2007 Had on tap at Lucky Baldwins in late June 2006: Pours a clear copper bronze with a frothy and well-lacing white head. Rich, fresh, piny grapefruity hoppy aroma has a light caramel malty balance. Body starts with a mild toasty caramel sweetness and big fresh citrus hoppy flavor drying some toward a crisp bitter finish. An enjoyable hoppy IPA.
