In the bottle.
Pours hazy yellow-orange with medium head and good lacing. Beautiful hop aroma reminiscent of a Dogfish but completely different on the taste. I’ve never had an IPA that tasted so much different than it smelled. Taste is large Cascade grapefruit and flowers. Great "Northwest" flavor. Very balanced! Just a great flavor! Great beer!!

draft at The Drafting Room, Exton PA. Aroma of hop/pine... strong rich flavor of pine, hops with a bit of a grapefruit aftertaste... great balance between the floral and citrus notes

Smells like hops, pine, citrus, and heaven. Looks medium/dark golden. Head is fluffy and falls fast leaving behind substantial lacing. Tastes like a DIPA. Tons of bitter hops, pine, sour citrus, the bitterness sticks to your lips. I’ve actually never had an IPA with this aggressive of flavors. Perfect levels of carbonation. I’m so in love with beer I’d let that blind pig on the label sodomize me with his white cane. I know he’d never call me again, and it wouldn’t matter. I would have gotten what I wanted, his light juicy goodness. Mmmm

One of the best IPAs. Floral hops, dry and easy on the palate. Nice bitter finish. Bottle i had was perfectly carbonated.

Draft. Very pale copper color with a white head. Strong grapefruit and piney aromas. Flavor is bitter and very hop forward with grapefruit, pine, grass and fruit notes. Very crisp. Dry, bitter finish. A true west coast IPA.

This is great, I could smell the hops 3 feet from my face. Aroma is of beautiful hops with the pine and citrus coming through with them. Appearance is gorgeous, slightly pale golden at the bottom and darkens to a copper gold at the top with a thick white head. Flavor, hops with grapefruit and pine along for the ride. Palate is perfect bitterness, smooth in the start. First Russian River to rate (had Younger when I was drunk so can’t rate that), and definitely didn’t disappoint!! Made props to golubj. Thanks a bunch.

This is an outstanding IPA and among my favourites for the style. Its light golden amber with a small, off-white ehad that lasts and leaves some good lace. The aroma is strong grapefruit with plenty of grapes and a hint of white wine, hint of pine. it has a definite west coast IPA quality but with more body, range, malt, and juicy complexity. The taste is very juicy with grapefruit, but not too much, lemon, pine, a lot of apple and winey grape quality, bitter but with great flavour body and sweetness to carry it, and a dryish aftertaste.

On tap at Toronado. Light amber color, tan head. Really sticky lace, looks appetizing. Smells very juicy. Pine and citrus and fruit, great layering of different hops. Full flavored, a ton of hoppiness. Succulent pine and citrus, grapefruit, spice, pale malt, nice bitterness level. Smooth, good carbonation, extremely drinkable. Russian River really can’t do any wrong.
