Aug 21, 2007 (hand bottled by irishboy) Thanks Richard! Pours a golden colour with a small fizzy white head. Aroma is earthy, citrus hops, euro yeast with hints of fruit. The yeast really makes it presence in the initial taste along with citrus hops with some sweet malts. Finishing with bitter hops & yeast. Interesting IPA, like a hefe and ipa clashed. Definitely tasty..

Aug 17, 2007 Handbottle from IrishBoy. Nice light amber, thin white head. Aroma is almost like a hefeweizen, plenty of fruit, banana, a little doughy. Taste is a fruity hoppiness, light caramel, pale malt. Little bit one sided, but a good IPA nonetheless.

Aug 16, 2007 Copper color; small head. Hoppy golden Belgian aroma and flavor. Similar to a de Ranke XX Bitter, Hop-it, or Houblon. Lovely flavor and balance brtween a Belgian and bitter, citrus hop monster. Tasting it on tap now at brewery...might have another or another Sanctification ...yumm!

Aug 13, 2007 Growler from the pub! Nose of citrus hops and bready malt, nothing like Elder or Younger or Blind Pig etc.; different from RR; beautiful clear golden hue with a small yellow tinged head; flavor has some hop bitternesswith some little bretty, spicy twists to the maltiness. Unusual, nontypical IPA! But tasty!

Aug 2, 2007 ON tap at Russian River. Clear golden with a fizzy white head. Malty citrus aroma. Caramel malty taste with a bitter bite to the finish and lemon notes.

Jul 17, 2007 Draft. Amber beer with a low off-white head. Low spicy yeast, citrus aroma. Musty, citrus flavor with some yeastiness. Medium body. Lingering pithiness. Didn’t care much for. Made with 100% Bravo hops and I think it clashed with the yeast.
